McHappy Day!

McHappy Day took place on Wednesday, May 8th in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities, Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity, Precious Minds, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Durham. Together we raised $52,000!

We can’t thank Sandy & Ginger Jackson enough for their continuous suppor,t of the children’s charities for McHappy Day. We are grateful to be chosen as one of the recipients for funding from this wonderful event. It was a great day with lots of support from our community members, councillors, volunteers, staff from each charity and the awesome McDonald’s staff. The amount of time and effort that goes into this event does not go unnoticed. A tremendous thank you to Emma & Lauren from the Port Perry McDonald’s and Courtney from the Uxbridge McDonald’s and all of the volunteer coordinators on staff were outstanding. Thank you to everyone that came out to purchase food and generously donated yesterday, we truly appreciate your support!
